That’s the topic for the essay competition I’ll be joining tomorrow. Ignore the fact that the word metamorph doesn’t even exist.
I wonder what I should write about? Why do we need to “change” to make the world better? What do we need to change about ourselves to make the world better?
Well, time to get some sleep then.
Here’s Chapter 3 of my short story Blue Flames and Bloodshot Eyes …

I’m thinking about no longer uploading this short story, since I might transform it into a novella. It’s just something that I’m going to consider.
Meanwhile, I still have my novel to edit so I can actually publish this. And I’ve got another story to work on. Am I doing too much? But it’s so much fun.
Time passes by pretty quickly, yeah?
I’ve only got about 6 days left until I leave NZ for Jakarta. Well, I do sort of miss my friends and even school!
Talking about school.
Sometimes I dislike my teachers … they say the IB is hard and difficult and all … but I’ll make it through. It’s not going to be that hard. I’ll still have a life, yeah?
Wow, I’ve forgotten how cold this place was. Wait, no. It’s not cold. It’s refreshing! Clean, cool breezes here; hot, grimy, polluted smog in Jakarta.
But the food in Jakarta is way better. Looks like I’m going to have to eat junk food for the rest of my time here.
